Jim was born in Madison, WI on August 15, 1945, VJ Day (Victory over Japan). His parents were John S. Morgan and Emilia (Koch) Morgan. Jim served proudly in the U.S. Air Force. He was a Patriotic American who served in Vietnam. Jim attended Peebles grade school, in Albany, WI. Jim and two others graduated from the one room schoolhouse. He graduated from Dundee High School.
