Bertha Martha Finley, 90 Born in Williamson WV on April 21 1934 to the late Roland Staten and Bertha Stafford Staten passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on August 20, 2024 at 3:45pm.
Survived by her husband of 65 years Arthur Gene Finley Sr of Aurora IL, daughter Dora (Howard) Cisco of Delbarton WV, Rick (Sherry) Staten of Delbarton WV, Arthur (Susan) Finley, of Montgomery IL. Five grandchildren, Rick (Amanda) Staten Gilbert WV, Robert (Chris) Marcum Delbarton WV, Rebecca (Bill) Stevens Gilbert WV, Ryan (Alana) Finley of Leland IL, Kristina (Michael) Williams of Sugar Grove IL, Sisters Helen Wallen of Delbarton WV, Faye Ferguson Beaver Creek OH, and Barb Harris Louisa KY, and 15 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews who she loved dearly.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Roland and Bertha Stafford Staten, and her great grandson Alex Tyler Finley.
Bertha was a loving woman who first loved God, and then her family. She was an amazing wife
