Dale E. Cutsinger, 86, of Montgomery, IL, formerly of Sugar Grove, IL, passed away August 15, 2024. He was born October 10, 1937, in Oswego, IL, the son of Earl and Hazel (Abrams) Cutsinger. He was the loving husband of Sandy (Westphal) Cutsinger.
He graduated from Yorkville High School and served in the U.S. Army. He and Sandy were married November 24, 1968. They made their home on a farm in Sugar Grove for 50 years where they enjoyed God's beautiful sunsets and working the land.
Dale, and his brother, Darold, owned several auto parts stores in the area, both were involved in the founding of the Oswego Drag Strip and were private pilots.
He is survived by his wife, Sandy, several nieces, nephews and a multitude of friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Darold.
A Celebration of Life service will be held Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at 1 p.m. at the Healy Chapel, 370 Division Drive, Sugar Grove, IL, with visitation from 11 a.m. until time of service. Interment
