Douglas G. DuMoulinDouglas G. DuMoulin, 81, of Hampshire, passed away Thursday, July 18, 2024, at JourneyCare Hospice in Barrington.He was born June 7, 1943, in Elgin, the son of Severin and Ruth (Meyers) DuMoulin.Doug was a member of the 1961 Class of Hampshire High School and then received his bachelor's degree in 1969 from Southern Illinois University.He is survived by his son, Michael (Michelle); his grandson, Luke: his brothers, Jeffrey (Holly), and Steve (Theresa); and aunt, Donna Thompson; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.He is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Greg & Kirk; and his sister Vicki Johnson.A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, August 23rd from 2 to 4 pm at Copper Barrel, 172 State Street in Hampshire, IL 60140.In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name may be made to a charity of your choice.The Fredrick Funeral Home in Hampshire is assisting the family.
